Jared Hicks has had the pleasure to work for Jake's Fireworks since November of 2004. As an employee of Jake's Fireworks, he has had the opportunity to travel all over the United States to visit a ton of great people and their respective retail locations. His travels have also taken him to the factories in China to gain a greater understanding of the fireworks industry. Through this travel experience, he has gained a vast amount of knowledge about all aspects of fireworks and met many exciting people along the way!

Jared started off working out of the Pittsburg, KS and Norman, OK offices. He greatly enjoyed his time in his hometown of Pittsburg and met many wonderful and interesting people. After two seasons in the Midwest, he took on a new challenge and moved up to Northern Indiana to start-up a new Jake’s Fireworks warehouse. Starting a new operation has brought many new and exciting opportunities and allowed him to make life-long friends throughout the process. Through the first three seasons in operation, the Indiana distribution center has enjoyed great growth and plans to continue that growth in the coming years.

Jared loves working in the fireworks industry and can’t imagine working anywhere else! He would like to thank all of his customers and friends for helping him to grow both personally and professionally along the way. His partnership with so many great people in fireworks has paved the way for success and keeps the future looking very bright!
